By placing an order with Audra’s Studio, you agree to the following terms. Nothing scary here — just the basics so we’re on the same page!
Handmade Products
Every item in this shop is handmade by me. Because of that, slight variations in color, grain, texture, and size are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Colors on your screen may also look slightly different from the real thing depending on your device settings. If you have questions about a specific product, feel free to email me before ordering.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is applied at checkout where required by law. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Square.
Personalized & Custom Items
Items that are personalized with a name, date, or custom text are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check your spelling before submitting your order! If I notice something that looks like a typo, I’ll reach out before making it — but ultimately the details you provide are what I’ll use.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location — I can’t control delays once the package leaves my hands, but I’ll do my best to help if something goes wrong.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Postage is already included in the price you see, so there are no surprise costs at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Personalized and custom items are final sale.
If something arrives damaged, photograph it as soon as you open the package — both the item and the box and packing materials — and email the photos to me within 5 days of delivery. Photos of the packaging are required, since that is what a shipping claim is based on, so please hold onto everything until your claim is settled.

Intellectual Property
The photographs and written content on this website belong to Audra’s Studio — please don’t copy or reuse them.
Many of the cut designs I work from are files bought from independent designers, whose terms allow me to sell the finished, hand-painted pieces I make from them. Those designs still belong to their creators — not to me, and not to you. Please don’t copy, trace, or reproduce a piece in order to sell it.
My original paintings, and the artwork on my prints and cards, are my own.
