My shop is open.
I have been picking away at this website for two years. Not steadily — in the gaps between orders, after the laser shut off for the night, on the days when nothing else was working. As of this morning it is actually live, and everything I make lives in one place at my own address instead of somebody else’s.
What is actually in here
Most of it starts as a flat sheet of wood or acrylic on the laser bed, and then it sits on my paint station until it looks like something. That covers a lot of ground:
- Earrings — dragons, ravens, moths, pressed-paper florals, fluid art under glass.
- Ornaments — dog, cat and farm animal breeds, Christmas pieces, keepsakes for a first Christmas.
- Door and wall signs — the BOO signs, welcome rounds, seasonal pieces.
- Suncatchers — layered acrylic that throws colour across a room when the sun finds it.
- Shelf sitters — including the gnomes with interchangeable discs, so one piece changes with the season instead of going back in a box.
- Gift boxes — a few small things wrapped together, ready to hand over.
Why bother with my own site
Selling somewhere else means renting. You follow their rules, you pay their cut, and the customer is theirs, not yours. None of that is a complaint — it is just how it works, and it got me started. But a shop of my own means I can put a piece up the way I want it described, price it honestly, and talk to the person buying it without a middleman.

I will be using this space for the part that does not fit in a caption — how a piece gets made, what went wrong the first time, what the paint actually does when you layer it over black. If you want to see the finished things, they are all in the shop.
