Raven and Skull Dangle Earrings

Description

Laser-cut wood raven earrings with a hanging bone-white skull, hand painted and sealed with a matte finish. 925 sterling silver ear wires with a gold finish. Harvest Moon style approx. 1 1/8″ wide and 2 1/4″ total drop; Perched Raven styles approx. 2 1/2″ total drop. Three styles to choose from.

Each raven starts as a blue undercoat with silver over the top, then a thin black wash wiped straight back off so it sinks into the engraved feather lines. That wash is what makes the bird read as a raven instead of a bluebird. The skulls are painted bone-white and hung on their own ring so they swing free.

• Harvest Moon Raven sits inside a gold crescent with the skull suspended in the open center — warm moon behind a cool grey bird, the boldest of the three
• The Etched Skull carries a finer engraved pattern across the bone; the Classic Skull is clean and graphic

Care

• Wipe with a soft dry cloth only — sprays and wipes will lift the matte finish
• Keep them away from perfume and hairspray
• Take them off before showering or swimming
• Don’t store them somewhere humid
• Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen
